Shipping & returns
We offer standard delivery within Iceland for 1500 ISK with Eimskip. Delivery may vary from 2 to 3 days.
We offer international shipping all over the world for 4500 ISK with DHL. Upon ordering an international delivery we will provide you with your tracking number via email.
All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
Please note, you may have to pay import duties in your own country. Yeoman does not reimburse costs related to import of purchased items.
Exchange of product
We do not offer a refund for returns, we only exchange items.
To be eligible for an exchange of the product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you to exchange the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Only items purchased through hilduryeoman.com may be returned. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For all orders shipped outside of Iceland, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs/duties incurred. Refusal to pay customs or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted.
Refused packages are not considered a return and will not be accepted.
